We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery timing will vary depending on the type of product you have purchased. For all orders, we offer free tracked shipping.
Delivery Timing
Our eyeglasses are made to order to your individual prescription and can take up to 10 – 15 business days to create before being dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, delivery is typically 2-7 days to major metro and 5-9 days for regional locations. Peak times (such as Christmas), sale periods and public holidays may affect delivery timelines.
Tracking
Orders are shipped by NZ Post. To view estimated shipping times you can check the NZ Post website here
Once your order has been individually checked by our team and dispatched for delivery, we will send you an email which will include a tracking link so you can follow your purchase on the NZ Post website here
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will put it right. No worries, no fuss.
How to return a pair of glasses ordered online
